Poured an opaque ochre/orange body with a big thick white head that went away relatively slow. The nose is dominated by banana, some cloves, surprisingly nice. To my joy and wonder, the taste wasn’t far off as well. Sweetish banana again, some lactic notes too, maltiness and cloves. Very drinkable, great balance. The best weissbier I’ve had in a (long?) while.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Hazy medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, friuty, exotic fruit, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light fruity - lemon acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090714]

Dark yellow colored with hazy appearance. Spicy aroma with lemon, hops, flowers and yeast too, thin banana also present. Medium bodied, carbonated palate. Flavor is also hopped with yeast in start, aftertaste turns to flowery and spiced, with banana still. Good weizen with complex aromas.

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Blonde, cloudy. Banana, clove and grass in the aroma. Thinnish. Citrus flavors with some grassy notes. Refreshing weizen.
