Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate malty - grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, faint caramel with light grassy hoppyness. Moderate, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, faint caramel and light grassy hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, light grassy hoppyness. OK kellerbier - not too sweet.

Cloudy golden colour. Pale beige head. Slightly sour malty taste. Slight hints of popcorn in the taste.

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grainy and slightly strawy aroma, some plain bitter hop, a lemon touch. Taste is minimally grainy, subtle malty sweetness, very nice fresh lemon note.

0,5 l bottle. BB 05. Apr 13 golden, hazy, minimal head, white foam bread, hay, cereal, citrus, leaves, medium sweetness, lightly sour, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, average carbonation,

Tap at Schweiger, Markt Schwaben - 15/07/12. Hazy golden pour with a thinnish white head. Malt, grain, a little hops on the nose. Taste follows with a touch of fruit. Medium bodied with a bitter finish.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Grainy and slightly draffy malty aroma with shy notes of herbal hops in the background. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly yeasty, pale malty taste with grainy and chalky notes; slightly bitter hoppy and chalky finish. Not overly convincing. 28.X.09

Bottle (courtesy of joss!):Pale greenish-golden, hazy, medium-sized white lacy head; moderate grainy-hoppy nose with some hoppy influences; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium-bodied, soft; slightly lingering sweetish-bitter finish with a hoppy aftertaste. Well crafted Zwickel..........

Bottle. Light fruity yeast aroma. Cloudy yellow. white layer. Somewhat bland fruityness, light body, mellow mouthfeel, light grassy finish. Could easily be more exiting.

Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of joss. Murky pale yellow with a small white head. Malt accentuated aroma with hints of boiled milk, diacetyl, honey, grain, fennel and sugar puffs. Sweet malty taste. Quite a lot of boiled showing up. Low carbonation. Residual sugars in the finish which is reminiscent of fennel. Thanks a lot joss!

bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy pale yellow, mid-sized white head. Fruity-malty nose. Light to medium-bodied, malty base with a sweet touch and hints of sweetcorn and flowers. Shy hoppy flavours tune in later. Smooth palate. A superb summer beer - refreshing and thirst-quenching.
