Fazit: Ordentlich!

The beer in the glass is golden yellow with pearly head. It smells sweet, slightly spicy and tangy, with some aroam hops. Starts tart, pleasantly hoppy and sweet. Slightly bready in the background. The middle part is floral-hoppy, very aromatic with a light malt body. Goes into a floral-hoppy and very spicy finish!

500ml bottle (best before 27/04/2011) @ Christmas tasting on 28 December 2010. Labelled Winter Hopfen Feinmild. Straw colour. Copious hops evident throughout. Touches of biscuity malt – less bready than some. Fresh and drinkable. Quite sharp mouthfeel (not in a bad way). Pleasing and refreshing.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Golden, bubbly, offwhite low head. Fat fruity malt aroma, light on the hops. Cookie and light fruit (apple, cranberry) base, citric hop lurk in the background. Chewy, slightly fizzy. Pleasant enough, but I cant figure out what makes this a winterbeer.
