bottle, thank you MoritzF! Clear golden colour, large head (very lively when opening the bottle). Hoppy aroma with a touch of barnyard. Medium to full-bodied, malty with flavours of bread and grains, hints of herbal hops and a shy touch of barnyard. A good Export with a very pleasant rural character.

May 3, 2008 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and stable foamy white head. Slightly dusty, moderately sweet, slightly strawy malty aroma with biscuits, light notes of citrus and herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Malt-accented, subtle fruity and honey-ish taste; moderately sweet, malt-accented finish with a soft but balancing hoppy bitterness (03.05.08).

Mar 14, 2008 Brought from Germany for a tasting, seems this hadn’t been entered yet. Clear golden yellow body with a small white head. Clean grassy hop aroma with light honey. Fresh grassy hop flavor with more light honey. Medium light body with medium high carbonation.
