Hints of bread and grains. Dry and hoppy finish with a tiny touhc of barnyard. A very pleasant Pilsener with a rural character.
pivnizub (4007), Porúří, Germany Aug 14, 2008 Bottle: Golden, quite stable white head with a little lace; distinctive sweet-malty and aromatic hoppy nose; sweet-bitter flavour, nice malty base; solid lingering hoppy-malty finish. Very good semi-bohemian Pilsener.......... MoritzF (4019), Ruhrpott, Germany May 3, 2008 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and persistent blonde foamy head. Fresh, herbal and slightly grassy hoppy aroma with light notes of citrus on a light-sweet pale malty background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft malty, slightly strawy malty taste with herbal hops; moderately dry and bitter finish with herbal, slightly grassy hops and a rounded malty sweetness. Pleasant and balanced Pilsener. One of the better beers of the Schwind Bräu assortment (02.05.08).
