Tasting notes: Pours a hazy deep red color with a bubbled white head. Sweet full aroma of malt and caramel, some toffee notes, a touch of dark chocolate. The flavor is sweet malty, proceeds to a gentle bitterness with some roasted touches, quite a dry finish. Mouthfeel is quite thin but not disturbing, however the flavors would come out better if it was a bit fuller. Together with the long dry finish however does the thin mouthfeel make the beer very drinkable.
Conclusion: A decent good drinkable beer with a long lasting dry finish.

Sweet, not too bad for a supermarket beer. Does get boring after a little while, and a little too sweet.

A dark red, ruby-colored beer, but without a layer of foam. A sweet aroma of alcohol and grain. It has a subtiel bitter taste, and the hint of alcohol is a little bit present. Unfortunately, not much of an aftertaste. Een donkerrood, robijngekleurwd bier, maar zonder een schuimkraag. Een zoet aroma van alcohol en graan. Een subtiele bittere smaak, waar de hint van alcohol even omhoog komt. Helaas niet veel nasmaak.

Like this, no complicated hop, not to sweet good color and caramel smell. No notable high alc. A bit like irish red but way more taste and smell.

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2015 Aroma of malt, bread, caramel, toffee, brown sugar. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Drinkable Scotch Ale, but too toffee sweetish for my taste, a bit dull.
