Aug 10, 2004 Pours light amber with a firm off white head. Light hoppy aroma with some caramel and citrus. Earthy. Brown sugar. Lots of pith in the finish. Good balance throughout.

Aug 7, 2004 Yet another draught tasting from the Toronto Beer Festival 2004. It seems as though this one wasn’t entirely "retired" since it was in fact available this weekend. Hop aroma is largely evident in this one. I really enjoyed this, it was very tasty. Generous citrus flavour. Had a really good balance and was very flavourful.

Jun 28, 2004 Malty aroma, some hops as well. Golden amber, tiny cream custard head. Lively malt presence, followed by a bit of hoppiness, nutty, woody notes too. Light bodied, sweet. Nice one.

Jun 26, 2004 Orange-amber. White head. Very fruity, fairly malty aroma w/ a hint of peatish smoke. Medium, oily feel. Flavour is malty w/ some leafy hoppiness. Smoke lingers.
