tomthompson89 (1195), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Sep 30, 2007 Toronto Beer fest cask was lovely brown with some yeasty sediment good sized head good hops as usual flavor had good bitterness but a nice sweetness to balance the hops and alcohol out nice and chewy. jerc (3268), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 14, 2007 TFOB 2007. Cask. Murky brown body, topped with a frothy beige head. Nice hoppy aroma is mildly resiny, and has light grassy notes. (7+) Flavour is fairly bitter but has lots of supportive malt underneath. Flavour is on the simple side but is richly tasty. Medium bodied palate is especially impressive for a cask. Dangerously drinkable, the alcohol is very restrained throughout. 7+/4/8+/4/16
