COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It offers a finely wooded nose hinting at hazelnut, and is therefore distinct from traditional British scotches. It has a more rounded taste letting a discreetly full-bodied bitterness come to the fore, and will naturally seduce you.
Ingredients: Water, pale ale malt, caramel malt, aromatic malt, sugar, yeast, Kent hop, hallertau hop.

330ml bottle served in a snifter glass. A: Pours a dark and hazy amber color forming a big creamy off white head. Medium to low retention with lots of lingering and molasses lacings formed and left. A persistent bubbled layer remains for long on the top. S: Strong caramel notes. Sweet. Wood and scotch malts. Candi sugar. Grassy hops. T: Sweet upfront. Tons of caramel. Strong notes of Scotch malts. Dry fruits like plums, raisins and dates. Sweet bread notes. Light hops bitterness finish. M: Full body. Molasses. Medium to low carbonation. Toffee, caramel malts and candi sugar in the aftertaste. O: Good drinkability.

Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, ok sweet beer
