At GBBF 2014. Is a fruity amber bitter in decent condition. Some good fruit salad. Fine.

Bubbly head, bronze-amber colour. Dark stone fruits and lively pale and amber malts - balance and complexity. Tastes a bit simpler, with a dash if caramel, diacetyl, and not as bright a hop character.

Terrible name, as most of them are. Realised whilst drinking it that I could make beer like this at home for about 30p a bottle. This cost me £2.90. Why? Pretty boring beer.

Palate: Thin body with watery texture. Soft carbonation.

Overall: Not great - pretty dull flavours and very thin.

50cl bottle thanks to the brewery. Pours a honey colour with a thin layer of lace. The nose has grassy and grainy notes with just a hit of citrus zest. The taste has lemon zest again with a nice grain background. The palate is light to medium bodied with a nice tangy texture and a clean refreshing finish. Overall, this is in between a pale ale and a bitter and is a good session pint - the sort that people in the local area should lap up but itís not world beating.
