3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap : Firstly - ugly grey color? I dunno - it was really dark at the time, with a modest off white head. The nose was herbal, honey, caramel malt, sweet bread. The flavor profile was more robust, moving from spice notes to caramel, sweet bread, to grass, to honey comb, really. I tried it out to sample something different - it wasn’t a stunner, by any estimation but how it compares to the style, I couldn’t say.
