On tap at Global Brew. Pours a clear pale amber with a modest off white head. Aroma is hops and malt. Taste up front is clearly in the alt style with sweet caramel malt, but then the hops kick in which is stylistically too dominant and more like an IPA. Good, but not traditional.

Growler @ Brunch. Slightly hazed amber pour with a white head. Bit of caramel, herbs, grass, and wood on the nose. Lots of toasted bread, too. Flavor is quite bitter. Lots of grassy hops and earth. Weird. Some light toasted malt and toffee sweetness. Really woody.

It has a medium rough body with lots of carbonation. The flavor begins with spiciness, graham crackers and nuts. The finish has tons of phenolic spice. Good alt.
