Nice color and creamy head. Caramel malt, mild spice, and a healthy dose of delicious hazelnut combine for a pleasant brew. Normally I do not like any of Hubers products, but this one is not without it’s charm. $4.99 for a 12 pack sampler on 2/9/07 in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Nutty aroma when poured. Little head. Thin sweet taste. No bitterness. Hazelnut flavor tastes very artificial. Watered down.

Had this beer on 6/10/2006. Aroma is a dry hazelnut scent. Color is a nice golden brown with good carbonation and thin head. Taste is crisp, rich and nutty. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a light crisp feel. Finish comes on with a dry hazelnut flavor that is quickly supported by a rich sweet malt flavor which leaves you with a nice warm feel. This is one of the best Winter Brews I have ever had. It is well round and has just the right amount of nut flavor. Its rich and warming without overpowering you.
