29/11 0.5 l can courtesy of Doggythedog, thanks for sharing! It poured golden body with medium head, staying up longer than ciders usually do. Fine cidery aroma, sourish vinous. Apple flavor as well, sour, corky and somewhat dusty. Medium bodied with sourish, long and astringent finish. Pretty fine for English ciders, it feels more natural, like French ones. Still, nothing special.

Poured a golden body with a tiny white head that went away fast. The nose is complex but the complexity probably isn’t one of its stronger points... slightly soapy, corky (in a bad way), acidic, buttery, vinuous in a way, maybe carrying notes of alcohol too. The taste isn’t all that brilliant either, slightly acidic and corky/dusty again. Watery in a away, acidic and dry near the end. Kinda drinkable and better than some British industrial ciders, shows some character too, but still unimpressive.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Golden coloured with moderate carbonation. Apple pulp aroma with a touch of caramel. Sweet apple juice flaovur, with a hint of wood and medium finish. Ok, if a bit industrial.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, medicine, chemistry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090803]

Keg. Golden with a small white head. Apple juice aroma with a hint of wood. Sweetish apple juice flavour ith strong carbonation.

500ml can. Golden colour, no head (it’s cider, boys!). Medium carbonation, healthy aroma of apples and citrus. Drier than many other English ciders, with an appealing, slightly sour Granny Smith note in the finish. Mix of apples, citrus notes and a bitter background makes this very drinkable - but be aware: With 6 % abv, this is not for the kiddies!

Very weak fruity aroma, maybe some faint hint of apples in there, but I’m not sure. Has no real head, but that may be intentional. Has a nice sweet taste, apple flavour, very sweet finish, but kind of watery. Okay mouthfeel, and just an okay cider.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2011 Can. Pours light orange body, no head. Aroma is apple and a touch of spice. Taste is slight apple, more spice. SAMPLED SECONDLY in London @ Three Kings. Pours a clear golden body with fizzy carbonation. Aroma is bitter apple. Mouthfeel is somewhat unpleasant with notes of apple. Id grab a magners over this guy any day of the week.
