Commercial descriptionThe brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
A classical Weissbier at its best. Brewed according to a German recipe with 50% wheat malt and 50% pilsener malt.
The yeast is the same as is used at the German Ayinger Brewery - in our opinion they make one of the world's best Weissbiers.
The hops are aromatic Sterlings.
To add a spicy edge to the fruity flavours we have added a small handful of coriander seed.
