Pours a nice amber orange with thin white head. Aroma of citrus hops ever so slight, but dulled compared to other non-floral hops. Flavor at first was extremely different for an IPA, but came back somewhat, but defniitely has itís own character in the IPA world.

Bomber. Mostly clear orange brown, off-white creamier foam head settles and breaks. Grassy citrus hop aroma. Firm caramel malts, resiny piney earthy citrus hop taste, grapefruity and floral. Average carbonation, medium bodied, more aggressively hopped. Short bitter finish. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

Pours a cloudy amber with a smallish head. Aromas of caramel, orange, and pine. Sweet malts with hop bitterness and then an off flavor hits. There is a lot going on, but doesnít come together as I would like.

From a bottle. Pours hazy copper with a thick, foamy off white head. Tastes like raisins, grains, some dry hops, caramel, light citrus, and malt. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet malt, light raisins, and caramel.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma is cereal and toasted malts, floral notes, faint grassiness, orange peel, and light caramel. Flavor is dry toasted malts, light grassy hops, and some light fruit esters; dry finish with faint bitterness lingering. Medium body and carbonation.

DocLock (7481) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 7, 2014
Shared bottle at Craft in June. Poured hazy gold with off-white head. Nose is noble hops, pale malt. Tastes assertively hoppy, more West Coast than noble. with finishing citrus, mild black pepper, and mild tangerine.

Amber pour, lacing, half inch white head. Caramel, bread and stone fruits in aroma. Medium body with crisp carhonation. Pale malts, a hint of rye with bitter hops. Could do with more late additions, leans too much in the bitter for my taste. Dryish finish. Its ok, not a favorite.

Bottle. I would disagree with commercial description and say many donít enjoy this swill. Very cloudy brown (why is that?) and heavy malt presence. I couldnít find much hops. Totally didnít like this one, very disappointing.

On tap at Bitter Tasting Room in Vancouver. An apricot coloured beer, with a bit of whitish head. Hey, now this here is a hop monster if Iíve ever tasted one! The hops really assault the taste buds, such that itís hard to determine the character, but citrus and pine notes come to mind.
