1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours hazy with little head retention. Very little smell: slightly floral, but only slightly noticeable. Taste is lightly sweet and very lightly bitter. Itís a very unassuming beer.
Medium body, with lots of carbonation. Overall, a decent drinking beer. Itís not unoffensive, but itís not something Iíd search out. Itís pretty much the mark of: this is a beer. I can drink it. Itís not Miller, et al, but itís nothing great.

On tap @ Beer Revolution, Calgary. Medium golden body, average white head. Grainy, a bit doughy, very thin. Not much to this.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tumbler on 01.28.14.
A: Yellow with a 1/4 finger head.
S: Banana, bubblegum, citrus, orange. Smells like an otter pop.
T: Peanut butter dominates. Lemon, orange are there too.
O: Maybe this was unfiltered, or maybe this was an old beer, but it was so uninteresting that I donít care about checking. They donít date the bottle, so whatever. It had very strange flavors for a blonde. I would not recommend this one.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden-yellow with a big chunky head of tight white bubbles. Based on the two Scuttlebutt beers I have had, they know how to create beers with head retention. Aroma is scratchy grass. Flavors include a nice sweetness and a surprising body for the alcohol level. The scratchy, grass character is also present in the flavors, and is a turn off at this moment. Iím sure it is more tolerable in hot weather instead of winter cold.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle. I only picked it up because it was on sale for 99 cents at Whole Foods and I could tick it. Just a waste of beer. Slightly sweet and tea like beer, not crisp or clean. Totally forgettable in the sense that I never want to remember it again. A few sips and its not worth the calories or time.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle - Pours a clear yellow/golden. Aromas are sweet, bready, and grassy. Crisp, refreshing beer, but the finish is a bit off.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A mild ale...aroma is earthy, with some light citrus and grain/cereal character (also present in the flavor). Squarely in the refreshing but not very exciting category."

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle, purchased from Brennanís in Madison during GTMW. Clear orange color. Minimal ring of off-white head. Few ropes of lace. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp, light carbonation. Slick texture. Bready malt. Light citrus. Moderate sweet taste, very light bitter. OK kind of slick blond ale. Flavor is alright.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear brilliant golden under a thin foamy white head. Nose was grassy and grainy with a big dose of biscuity pale gold malts. Smooth and grainy/cracker flavor with a quiet ale yeast ester and a firm noble/grassy hop tone throughout. A little dry and bitter, but only enough to balance. Not shabby.
