Aromas were somewhat tough to decipher, but I was able to pick up notes of roasted malt, sweet malt, and vanilla. The flavor is medium bodied, smooth and sweet finishing. Overall carbonation level is light to moderate. Sweet vanilla body with hints of almonds, citrus and schwarzbier roastiness. So far this hasn’t been getting great ratings, but I thought this was a decent beer...sweet, not so dry finish, it gets its message across! drismyhero (815), Tacoma, Washington, USA

Loaded with honey, grains, and some definite toastiness, this beer is very typical as far as bocks go. The one definitive merit this beer has is in the drinkability department, although I’m not sure this is the biggest selling point a beer might have - especially a bock, which is usually a style filled with flavors of all kinds. I definitely preferred this to the weizenbock, but not to most bocks. argo0 (7044), Washington DC, USA
