3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle Pours a dark golden color with a medium fizzy head that faded quick and leaves spotty soapy like lacing. Smells of dough and Belgian yeast and spices. Tastes of Belgian yeast, dough, banana, apple and pear. Mouthfeel is surupy with good carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall this has strange sour elements for a tripel which makes it different. Since I live close to Everett I’ve had it many times but prefer it on draft. I might revisit this after having it again on draft because it seemed to taste a little different from the bottle.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20
Faint aroma of caramel and belgian candi sugar. Golden brown color with no foam. Extremely bitter with completely unbalanced flavors of random fruits, alcohol and burnt caramel. Overall, this has terrible balance and the flavors are all over the place. Not good quality.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Single bottle. Slightly hazy golden pour with a quickly disappearing head, a little foamy lacing. A lot of yeast and sugar in the nose. same with the taste - sweet and sour, good bit of yeast, not very well-balanced. Leaves a fairly astringent aftertaste. Not great.

I like this type of beer, but this one didn't do it for me. It was too sweet and one dimensional.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light amber color with very little head on it. Nose has just a hint of citrus in there and a subtle bit of spices. Definitely has the Belgian-style yeast, as that predominates. Taste is slightly sour, but fairly unremarkable. Meh.

Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy white head. Light palate, airy with fine carbonation. Sweet herbal malts even by Tripel standards. Quite perfumed as well with a whisper of dried fruits. Trace of orange. Semi dry finish. Refreshing Tripel.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from total wine sterling. Pours golden with an inch of white foam. Small sugar note on the nose. Has like a lemon thing on tongue. Very tart on the finish which seems to exist only to hude the booze Weird example of a triple.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours hazy gold with a small, almost no head. Aroma of tart cherries, some banana and clove, sweet malt, gum. Taste is okay, not mind blowing, but not bad. There is a slight tartness that doesn’t quite seem to fit. Soft, silky texture, very little carbonation. Kind of a weird tart finish. Hides the alcohol well.
