Mild carbonation. Just slightly on the thin side. Nice bottle. A bit expensive. Contains sulfites.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear dull blonde. Nose brings out medium sweet apple skins with medium acidity. Flavour is low-to-medium sweetness, with dry apple skins, medium acidity and a champagne-like effervescence on the finish. Well-carbonated and dry on the finish. Very well-made and enjoyable.

very fruity, up front and everpresent, lemon lime and apple skin, hints of apricots and pears. little overt apple. alcohol immediately noticeable but never quite obtrusive, perhaps closer to so in flavor/mouth than aroma. tannins are a little hard/bitter, but that’s the only real quibble. nice medium acidity, along with med low carbonation manages to make this quite refreshing. tannins may soften over time; I should revisit with a bit of age as this is very close to excellent.

Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle with flip-top. Clear pale golden with very small white head. Aroma is light apple, medium carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is dry white vinous and light apple. Alcohol is well covered, but too dry for my taste.

Bottle @ Sea Cider. Chill hazed pale straw. Spicy and floral nose. Sweet apple and some slight tartness. A lot of yeast. Flavor is a touch bland. Kind of light and seltzery. Some baked apple, mild vanilla, and a touch of pie crust. Slight citrus and flowers.

Bottle at the cidery
Pale yellow color. Delicate and balanced aroma, fruity and a bit flowery. Semi-dry mouthfeel, well carbonated, the body is not weak, it has a good apple flavor and moderate acidity, a bit of alcohol and light astringency in the final.
Similar to French cider. Good.

Bottle - Fresh apple and cinnamon. Very light bubbly gold. Fresh apple, light melon and a long finish. Dry, but not that interesting.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear, pale gold with light head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of tart golden apples. Nice tart green apple flavor with a good dose of carbonation followed by a lighter, sweeter applesauce finish.

Bottle. Very light color, more carbonation than most ciders, and a better than average aroma of apple and some interesting earthy notes. Flavor is dry, tart, almost sour, with maybe some lemon and grass or hay notes in the background. Finishes dry and tart. You have to like dry ciders to enjoy this one, which I really don’t, so I won’t be coming back to this again.

Bottle at 2013 Pdx cider summit - pours a clear slight golden color. Nose of tart fruit, grassy and floral. Taste of floral green apple with dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
