Pours a dark brandy colour. Big apple aromas and flavours. Nice kick from the booze as well. Deep and complex. Excellent!

nice apple flavour, woody spiced rum as well. Very drinkable and the alc is not noticable at all.

Bottle. Clear orange-amber pour with minimal head. Aroma is booze and appple. Medium slick palate. Taste is apple, cinnamon, spice, booze, and simply amazing. Fantasic cider!

Bottled. A hazy deep red cider with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of rhum, wood, apples, brettanomyces, ans caramel. the flavor is sweet with notes of apples, rhum, wood, and some brettanomyces, leading to a dry and tart apple finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Fruity aroma of apples, rum and dried apples.
Fruity flavour of apples with notes of rum and dried fruits.

Shared bottle with northropfrye. Delicious. Sweet but not overly sweet. The flavour of the apples came through nicely. This is a very fine cider.

Sample at beer festival. This is a powerfully flavourful cider. Perfectly sour with nice alcohol notes. The best cider I’ve had.

Nose of tangy sweet apples. Spices, caramel, brown sugar, rum kind of notes. Well filtered amber copper pour. Caramel apple, spiced notes, rum, brown sugar, caramel, more spiced cider. Hints of alcohol. Drinks great. Very good! Best cider I’ve had pretty sure cunts.
