When it poured it had a little white head that fades really fast. It smells of blueberry. Just a lot of blueberry. It has a golden color. It taste like blueberry pancakes. Not a bad fruit beer.

Pours golden from bottle. average head. Aroma strong blueberry. Taste of blueberry that gets stronger as it finishes. This is hands down the best blueberry beer that I’ve tried. This is my first choice for beer in the summertime, although the Coastal Wheat may take over this summer.

2009 Tap. I’ll just shoot straight with you. I like blueberry ales...so when a good one comes down the pike, I’m going to reflect it in my overall score. Appears light yellow and very carbonated with no head off tap. Aroma is light with some berries and swill-ish malt liquor aroma. The goodness of this brew is in the flavor. Similar to SweetWater Blue, this beer reminds me of liquid blueberry muffins. You can taste a non-cloying, non-artificial blueberry presence among a good wheat presence. Others in my company stated that they could not drink a whole beer. In my estimation, one is enough. It could get to be too sweet after one... Overall, a wonderful beer that is recommended to you fruit beer lovers.

Bottle. Golden pour with a small white head. A lot of blueberries in the aroma. A little artificial flavor of blueberries and wheat. Body was quite light. Drinkable but a bottle was a bit too much.

2009-11-30, bottle at Papsř’s, 1-3-3-2-3=12
Hazy golden color. Fake fruity aroma and nasty puke. Simple, sweetish, caramel flavor, with some sweetener feeling, and artificial blueberry flavoring. Nasty.

2009-10-18, draught at Ginger Man, NYC, 6-3-5-2-10=26
Hazy blond color. Real aroma of forest blueberries, mild. Dry mouthfeel, light sourness, very light fruits. Simple.

Tap. Yellow-gold pour with a small white head. Thin body. Sweet blueberry nose and taste, plus some wheat. Decent fruit beer.

Bottle shared with the brother in law over Christmas vacation, pours out a golden yellow with a very slight haze to it. Barely any head at all on this beer whatsoever. Aroma is pretty much dominated by blueberries and sugary aromas. Taste is again more blueberries, a slight wheat flavor, more sugar. Basically blueberry soda pop, not bad if you are into sweeter drinks, I’m not.

Blueish body with a thin head. Aroma and flavor have blueberry and mixed berries. Nice carbonation and flavor is pretty nice. A little more wheaty than the raspberry. Fruity and sweet.
