Clear yellow-orange beer with no head. Distinct blueberry aroma; there may be more, but I’m not getting it. Clean, fruity flavor with a bit of bite. Almost no finish, though maybe some berry. Refreshing for a hot day, but not a sipper.

Bottle - Sweet blueberry jam and liquor. Clear orange gold with a decent white head. Blueberries and some syrup. Pretty artificial and sweet, surely nice for those who don’t like beer.

Aroma out of the bottle is fresh blueberries but it fades to a kind of funky wheat smell. Nice flavour, decent wheat profile and some fresh muddled blueberry flavours.

Nice refreshing flavor, good for summer nights and beach parties. Otherwise, just a regular ale with flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I try not to be rude when I do reviews, but seriously, I don’t know why the hell I even bothered trying this. As soon as I poured it, I could smell that fake blueberry waft to my nostrils. Smells like a crappy blueberry pie. Flavor is sweet, blueberry, tart, and cringe worthy after taste. Yuck. Looks like crap macro lager and tastes just as bad.

Transfer from BA review on 4-13-14- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – The beer pours a golden amber color with a two finger head of fizzy white foam. The head fades quite fast leaving only a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – As may be expected, the beer’s aroma is big of a nice blueberry smell. The blueberry, while strong is not artificial, but actually smells rather authentic of blueberries. This blueberry aroma is mixed with some aromas of a light wheaty nature as well as a bit of a floral smell, with the overall aroma being very sweet and fruity. Taste – The taste begins much drier then the nose would have suggested. It begins with a semi-sweet blueberry flavor mixed with a decent sum of a wheaty flavor. These two flavors create a base for the brew, both remaining relatively constant throughout the flavor profile. As the flavor advances some light earthy and floral notes come to the tongue along with some more grainy like tastes. At the end of the taste, a grassy flavor comes to the tongue, leaving a rather interesting blueberry in a field (wheat/grass/hay like) flavor to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is rather thin and light with a carbonation level that is rather high. Both are quite nice for the style and make for a more crisp and refreshing brew, which match well the wheat and fruit flavors of the brew. Overall – A rather easy drinking fruit beer. It is nothing outstanding, but in terms of making for a not overly sweet, but moderately blueberry fruited flavored brew, this one has it right. Not too bad.

Smells like a delicious field of blue berries. Very bland taste, weird combination. Overall decent beer, worth a try.

Look: pours a light gold color. Head fades quickly. Smell: heavy blue berry. Cracker. Taste: blue berry flavoring. Slight bitterness. Slight sweetness. Feel: medium carbonation. Very clean finish Overall: ok beer. Too much blueberry. Not enough beer flavor. First drank: home 10/9/14

This is your basic extract laden fruit beer only whoever brewed this seems to have added something a bit of something w/ lactic acid which makes this taste exactly like blueberry yogurt. I like blueberry yogurt OK, I guess, so I can’t say this is all bad but it’s not exactly what I look for in a beer. It is clear golden orange w/ a small head of white, fine bubbles. It is one dimensionally blueberry with just a hit of sweetness and that slight tartness I mentioned. This is light to medium bodied w/ very vigorous carbonation. I am willing to concede this is better than most of its ilk as it really doesn’t cloy but it is still not a stellar example of a natural tasting fruit beer.

"TJ’s special $4.99 for a sixer, but i’m still cheap on these and went for one at .83. For that price, there’s no risk. This wasn’t bad, per se, but exactly what was expected. a mediocre at best wheat beer with some semi-natural tasting blueberry flavor. not something i’d try again, but wouldn’t refuse either."
