COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beer with natural flavors added. Our unique light bodied wheat beer with a fragrant peach essence, and a clean refreshing grapefruit finish. A Sunfish pairs well with salads, pork, chicken, light fare, and fruit desserts like Peach Cobbler.

Draft at the Copper Door. Brilliantly clear deep golden with a tiny white head. Huge peach on the aroma with some faint bready wheat maltiness. Feels a bit thin in the mouth could use a hint more sweetness, but it didnít suck.

Draft in Gulfport, Fl. Smells sweet, like candy. Tastes like peach & blueberry soda with a hint of grapefruit. Gets better with more sips but doesnít most alcohol? Poor Seadog, they just really suck at crafting beer.

Sunfish is a nice refreshing fruit beer. Itís not too sweet and not too tart, and it tastes like a beer with fruity notes more than it does a carbonated fruit drink. Itís definitely worth having a couple of while sitting outside on a hot day and itís better than Sea Dogís blueberry, raspberry, or apricot beers.

Bottle from Chevy Chase Supermarket. Pale amber body with medium, lasting head. Nose is floral, gum and peaches for sure. Taste is sweet of candy with peach notes. Canít say this is my style. Wheaty. And very peachy.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 2/14/2016. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger foamy white head with decent retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Good appearance. Aromas of peach, grapefruit, lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, honey, wheat, cracker, lighty toasted bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of big peach, grapefruit, lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, honey, wheat, cracker, lighty toasted bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, grapefruit, lemon, mango, pineapple, pear, honey, wheat, lighty toasted bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very nice robustness and balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderate crisp, and lightly creamy/grainy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very good fruited wheat beer. All around good robustness and balance of fruit, pale malt, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; and very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
