RIch and heavy. Very malty and bitter. Low aroma. Hints of lemon. Would go well with a steak.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Malt and hops come on like crazy. This beer oddly shows off the malt much more than the hops. A bit weird after drinking normal DIPAs all morning were the malt is just there to balance putting in more hops. Even the finish is malty. You could almost say that hops were absent for the style. I liked it, but its not my preferred way to do the style.

On tap at the Bistro DIPA Fest. This copper ale poured with a beige head. There is a sweet caramel malt flavor with some excellent hopping.
