COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just "moo" it! "...hmm, hmm, e a vaca é verde, né?".

Bottle during the break at CBC Saturday. (thanks to Sady Homrich) Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma and taste of light hops, fruit, some malt and some strange notes of "metal". The beer was served warm. Drinkable bt nothing special.

Bottle. Notes of lychee and metal in the aroma. Taste is quite dry and not at fresh. More bitter than fruity.

500mL bottle, courtesy of Gilberto visiting from Brasil. Thanks so much, dude! Pours a deep, clear golden-orange color; creamy off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. Dank grapefruit and floral hop character in the aroma, as well as a significant malt character: crystal malts and some caramel; definitely don’t need that much maltiness in an IPA, but it’s pleasant overall. Medium body; moderate to medium-high CO2; a smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Again, on the malt-heavy side for an IPA, with significant amounts of lighter crystal malts and caramel notes, but balanced accordingly with vibrant citrus and floral bitterness; a juicy, meaty IPA that one could probably just as easily call an imperial red ale, but pretty damn tasty regardless of the category. Long finish shows lingering caramel, citrus/herbal bitterness, a balanced end.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a small off white head. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, some grass and hops. Taste is also sweet malt, caramel and citrus leading to a hoppy finish. Pretty good.

A very herbal tea IPA with a good amount of (me-think grassy) hops --- if you compare with the rest of the Brazilian and South American beer production, this is literaly a hop bomb --- that is really easy and fun to drink. Alcohol is hardly noticeable; robe is a nice amber/copper/iced tea; The brewers says this is 100% Centennial; There is a citric presence but I honestly smells more grass and herbs than acid fruits. Malt is not over-present, which happens well too often in Brazilian beers in general. Really good nonetheless!
