Lake Trout Stout is Midnight black with a thick and creamy head. It is a full body stout brewed with oatmeal and plenty of hops to balance the roasted barley. Our stout is an experience. It tastes the same way it looks dark and rich. You will preceive it as thick and chewy and our Lake Trout stout delivers. It is named after the famous deep water Sebago Lake Togue or Lake Trout which inhabit the depths of Maine’s deepest lake. Enjoy.

So not happy at all. They must have change the recipe. The menu said ABV is 4.7. There was a off white head the beer is black. Not much carbonation. Taste roasted malt no chocolate at all and the beer is very thin. Do yourself a favor pass on this one. Had a sebago brewing co. on Payne in Portland, Maine.

This is a really nice dark roasted stout. On draft, it has a really nice head, great aroma, and a very dark, almost black color. The taste is a very smooth roast flavor with a nice hop finish that leaves a dryness to the palate. One of their best.

Opaque brown/black with a solid two-finger head, and a curtain of lace. Taste is mild toasted caramel malt with a hint of coffee and cream. Finish reveals a hint of hop bittering. Taste is a little watery, in a good way, similar to Murphy’s Stout. Easy to drink and satisfying. Recommended.

Pours an inky black with almost no head. When held up to the light, it looks pretty thin. Aromas of a pretty solid roast with some bitter chocolate. Pretty nice aroma, actually. Taste is some heavy roast, some marshmallow, perhaps a bit of coffee. Thn mouthfeel detracts from this one. Pretty good overall.

12 oz bottle pours a dark black with tan head. Roasted malt aroma. Dark chocolate and a bit of a hop taste. Very light for a stout.
