Draught, Sebastopol. Body is dark brown to black. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (roasted grain, chocolate, husks), with a light note of lemon zest. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Strange sourish rendition.
