COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A strong, malty, but dry finishing beer. Pale in color but with a noticeable malt profile. Assertively bittered, this beer is late hopped in the kettle and generously dry hopped.

Tap @ Second Street Santa Fe Railyard. Pours a darkish orange appearance with a tan head. Bitter, somewhat floral, citrusy hoppy aroma. Tangerine, bitter herbal, earthy flavor. Boring.

Draft at the source. Hazy golden brown color, thick creamy head. Aroma of peppery tropical fruit. Taste is equally peppery with a bit of summer fruit.

This is consistently one of the best IPA’s in the state. It has a very clean, hoppy finish and goes very well with most items on their menu. Excellent food and excellent beer!

Clear bright orange with a fizzy white head. Earthy pine and grapefruit aroma and taste with some orange notes on the back end.

Draft @ downtown location. Hazy, almost cloudy, red-orange. Mango aroma is surprisingly bright. Juicy beer overall. The sweet malt profile helps it to be very balanced in general if not too sweet due to a yeasty character.

Hazy amber with a thin head. The aroma is quite earthy, maybe a little cheesy. I found the caramels lead the beer. It’s quite soft, with light woody hops. OK IPA, maybe a bit easy-going.

Orange pour with creamy white head and lace. Citrus and bready aroma. Bread, caramel, and a citrus bitter. A tad thin with good carbonation.

On tap at the Second Street Downtown location. Pours a clear orange-red with a white head. Aroma of sweet fruits and pale malts. Flavor of lots of caramel and pale malts, certainly very malty, not so hoppy (just your basic bitter hops) but still solid. 7/4/7/4/15 [3.7/5]

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2010 Tap from Kegerator at home. : ) Pours a medium copper with a white head that was frothy, subsided quickly, but stuck around. A wonderful aroma of grass, herbs, and spruce, a nose full of hops. Medium to heavy bitterness, sweet malts kick in to smooth it out, but it is not enough to overcome it and it finishes with a bitter bite. Palate is great carbonation matches up to the bitterness, though it does stick around for awhile in your mouth. A great ipa which has turned out to be quite enjoyable by keg.
