2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at the brewpub in August 2009. Reviewed from notes.
Pours a light, clear straw color with plenty of visible carbonation. The nose brings forward a very light hoppy character as well as some grain. The taste is mostly just raw grain with some really mild fruit. The feel is prickly and light. No off flavors, but just didn’t really bring much of any flavor at all.

Draught. Good malt aroma, sweet with hay and grass notes. Clear straw-gold with no head. Very good flavor with an immensely crisp middle and sweet maltiness. Exceptional balance, very clean and drinkable. A very fine example of the style.
