Couleur jaune orangée trouble, bonne mousse. Nez levuré, paille, citron. Gout malté, fruité (citronné, pomme verte) un peu confit, pas trop intense, avec levures et raisins verts en fin de bouche.

Bottle 33cl, shared by Calisky. Nose is intense on wheat and yeast. Aroma is on malt, fruit notes such as apple and quince, medium sweet, grassy hops, yeast, some grapefruit background. Finish is still on wheat and belgian yeast.

33cl bottle on 06-Apr-2016, picked up in Albert Heijn and poured into a stemmed tulip glass. Clear pale yellow colour with a thick white head. Aroma of pepper, spices, wheat and banana. Medium body and carbonation. Flavours of bananabread, yeast, malt and spices. Slightly sweet. Reminded me of La Chouffe. Pretty good.

Clear pale yellow, small white head. Malty aroma with spice and herbs, could be coriander. Flavour has coriander, some malt and light citrus notes.

Bottle, 6.5%. Citric and spicy yeast aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely yeasty, has some fresh baking yeast or fresh-baked bread, with a hint of coriander and a mild citric note. Not the most flavourful beer I have had, but it is certainly well-balanced.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of fruit, with floral and hoppy notes and touches of malt. Sweetish taste of malt and fruit, with notes of hops, citrus and Belgian yeast. High carbonation. Estery and mildly acidic aftertaste with some dusty notes. Okay but I find it hard to believe it is a Traditional Ale.

Gulbrun klar med høyt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete gjær, krydder og noe søtlig frukt. Søt litt syrligbitter smak. Noe pepperig dyp fruktsødme og gjær. Kort. Noe oljete.

33cl bottle, served in English pint glass. Poured a hazy, cloudy yellow with a two finger white head. Aromas of flowers, grass, caramel, vanilla and coriander. Taste: Very smooth! Very grainy, three sorts of grain were used for this brew (oat, wheat, barley) and buckwheat. Further tastes of toasted bread, caramel, orange, coriander, vanilla, spices, banana, grassy hops. A medium body with a nice fruity bittersweet finish. Overall a good tasty brew and lives up to it’s several golden medals at beer awards.

Schön süffig und mild im Antrunk, dabei angenehm in der Vanille und ein wenig keksig. Dazu etwas hefig und belgisch im Hopfen. Keine Überraschung, aber sehr solide. Gute Sache, echt.

Bottle bought in the Netherlands. The beer has got a hazy amber colour with a steady head and medium to smooth body. Aroma of Belgian yeast and malt. Taste of Belgian yeast, malt, bread, flowers and ripe fruits. Yeasty finish.
