33 cl bottle at Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 18.10.2013
Slightly sour and tart aroma with citron and earthy notes. Flavour has earthy notes, some citron and hints of apples. Foamy and slightly sticky palate. Tart and dry and finish. Like a witbier with bretta.

33 cl. bottle @ café de Zaak, Utrecht. Hazy yellow with a white head. Wheat aroma and some other grains, probably the oats and the buckwheat. Great malty yeasty taste, kinda like a mix between a German hefeweizen and Tripel Karmeliet. Great beer.

@ Vino Bellissimo / Lima OH --- Hazy dirty golden amber, good 1/2" head retention, splashes of lace. Nice looking. Taste is sweet caramel malt with yeast bread that moves to brisk carbonation to keep things in balance. A very drinkable brew, but a little heavy and syrupy in the finish.

This is the real deal. Fantastic foam with great retention. The aroma is clearly Belgian. I have a hard time describing this, but this yeast produces a very specific aroma and taste. The taste does not disappoint. Wonderful Belgian ale! Buy it if you can find it.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a very large somewhat loose, fluffy white head.

The aroma is sweet, fruity, doughy, & spicy. Some pear, some whole wheat bread... nice enough smelling.

The flavor is very banana forward, it’s got a good dosing of spice and a light lemon rind character. There is some spicy alcohol & some whole grain bread. In many ways a sort of typical Belgian Blonde ale, but then it’s got some interesting depth to it.

Perhaps not something I’d drink with great frequency, but certainly an enjoyable glass of beer.

33 cl bottle. Pours a full yellow with white head that doesn’t last. Aroma: spice and orange. It tastes much the same with earthy notes. Palate: it is flat and watery. Overall: decent beer.

clear yellow, almost no head, but still bubbly. spicy yeasty aroma, somehow i think i sense apple in there, some dry boose too.flavor is flowery, fruity, malts and caramel is in, but so faint it sort of hides behind the flowery , honey and fruity flavors. palate is prickly. there is some bitterness, but it s strangely peppery and spicy, not entirely unlike the bitterness i’ve found in beers of the saison type.

Goudblond helder bier, caramelaroma. Perfect schuim. De smaak valt tegen. Onaangenaam zurig en geen bitter.
