Tap @ Lago Lodge. Pours dark brown with little head. Perhaps served a little too carbonated. Lovely malt aroma. Flavourful, dry. Caramel, hints of chocolate.

really dark brown beer, with a beige head. smells malty, roasty, of coffee,chocolate, has a hint of puffed breakfast-cereals, bittersweetnes. aftertaste is bittersweet, of breakfastcereals, hops, roastyness, and a hint remembering me of liver-bred-spread( le parfait).

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is Roasted toffee, breadish and light liqourice note. Roasted breadish flavoured, light liqourice note. Good hops balance. Mild acidic touch into the finish, vague infection yet with a nice lingering breadish and liqourice flavoured.

Sampled at Lago Lodge in Nidau. Draught. It pours a beautiful dark brown beer with a heterogenous head. Weak aroma - inferior to the flavor. Lovely taste. Great finish with hints of dark chocolate. A very good beer.

Dark amber color; creamy head. Caramel and roasted malt aroma, not very strong; note of coffee. Typical Swiss Dunkel, with strong caramel and roasted character: good body strength, dryer in the front and sweeter at the end. Final characterized by the caramel, sweetish, with a background note of roasted barley.
