Commercial Description:
A true American style. This smooth delicately hopped ale uses a percentage of corn to give it it's golden color and clean distinct taste.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet corn and a bit of diacetyl. Sweet corn flavor with a semi-dry finish.

Enjoyed at the brewpub. I am up for a decent cream ale. Yellow and lacey. Light mouthfeel, light drinking. Hoppier than expected, and easy drinking. Carbonation right there, which is above average for this brewpub. Nice session ale at 4.5% abv.

Draft at Selins Grove Brewpub. Pours a pale golden body with a white head. Sweet grainy malt bill, creamy corn and vegetative, grainy and simple. I did not like this.

Tap at Selins Grove. Pours a translucent golden with a medium creamy white lacing head. Aroma of creamed corn, light citrus and cereal grains. Flavor of banana, corn, citrus and cereal grains. Kind of on the sweet side.

Tap @ the brewpub and a wonderful surprise, probably the best damn Cream Ale I ever had. Color is lightly hazy dark straw with visible carbonation. Has a medium sized head that never fully fades. Aroma is strong white biscuit maltiness with some sweat pea (in a good way, which may be putting the "cream’ aspect into this beer). Some light hops coming through. Flavor is what one should expect, some indistinct hops and a clean white bread maltiness. Simple, refreshing, and good. This was perfect for the outdoor seating at Selins Grove on a hot spring day.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a slightly cloudy yellow gold with a white head. The aroma was lightly malty and dry with a touch of citrus. The flavor was tart, tangy and sweetish with a lemony undertone and a long tart finish. Easily the best cream ale that I have had.
