Commercial Description:
A true American style. This smooth delicately hopped ale uses a percentage of corn to give it it's golden color and clean distinct taste.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a thin-moderate linen white head that faded to a ring after about a quaretr of the glass and left light lace. Light aroma of malt and a bit of fruit. Flavor is malt, apples, and a bit of bread. Light bitterness at the finish. Very nice cream ale.

Draft at Brew pub. Pours gold color with thin white head. Not a very complex beer to rate, but it had a light cream taste with a nice smooth sweet clean finish. Creamed corn anyone?

Pours a clean golden color with a white head. Sweet light fruity ceam soda-like aroma. Flavor is a smooth blend of sweet corn, malts, subtle white grape, and stewarts cream soda after being open for a while. Solid cream ale.

Draft, Selin’s Grove Brewing Co. Pours a clear, light apricot color; mostly headless. Light, almost non-existent aroma, showing just a bit of fruit. Very pleasant amount of fruit (apricot, peaches) and stickky malt sugars at the core; average carbonation; not overly fruity or overly sticky, just very tasty and drinkable; one of the better cream ales I’ve had. Mild, fruity and light sugar finish.

A decent, light bodied, light tasting cream ale. Sweet tasting without much complexity. Smooth and easy to drink.

On tap at the brewery. A mild hops aroma with a bit of neutral fruit sweetness. Golden clear with white lacing head. Medium light body with mild soft carbonation. Mild ale, light malt graininess and neutral sweetness. Mild hops with smoothness toward finish. Clean mild sweet after. Light corn taste. Not a high scorer but it’s a nice cream ale.

On tap at the brewpub. Gold, with a white head. Light malt, corn and hops aroma. Flavor is also malt, corn, and hops. A simple beer, but good for what it is.

Smooth and sweet. Purchased this in a Growler, pours darkish yellow with small head. Delicious. Light aroma...
