On tap at the brewery. Mild dusty grainy wheat aroma. A bit of estery banana but not really strong, followed by some off-tang. Dark reddish amber clear with off-white lacing head. Medium heavy watery body with medium-light carbonation. Good wheaty maltiness. Light acid malt tang and some malted chocolate milk. Has a little funkiness to it. Very little bitterness at all, with juicy raisin finish. Tangy raisin after with bit of banana.

May 6, 2007 Another good one at the brewpub. Aroma is nice malty with chocolate malt. Creamy head and lace. Medium to light mouthfeel, even a bit watery. Licorice. Like a brown beer.

Feb 11, 2007 quite an enjoyable wheat beer. Lots of fruity esters, banana, bubble gum, clove, with some dark malt aromas in the mix. poured a tawny brown with a very small head. Flavor was fairly nuanced with wheat and dark malts. little tartness. quite enjoyable and went rather well with the pouched flounder pita.
