brown ale, but with a bit more of a pronounced flavour. bit of a sugary flavour, hint of caramel, seemed a tad thin, but a good brown ale.

May 23, 2008 Great brown ale. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Full flavored. Almost all malt flavor typical for a brown ale. Not much complexity. Highly drinkable.

May 14, 2008 On draft at Brewpub. It pours a dark reddish body - almost looks like an Irish or Scotch Ale. The aroma is pretty light - but the taste is good. Again, I havent enjoyed the majority of brown ales Ive tasted in the past, but this one has to be one of the best. Apparently it is organic too? Tasted some hops in here as well.

Dec 28, 2007 Nitro Draft at Brew Pub. Poured clear light brown amber color with thin tan head. Aroma is strong brown sugar. Taste of brown sugar, maple... (mmm... pancakes) Nice finish with some cinnamon spice and I detected a hint of mint. "Good brown ale" I never thought I would write that.

Dec 9, 2007 Nitro at brewery. Pours a clean orange/brown color with a small tan head. Aroma is subdued carmel, brown sugar and oats. Flavor was maple, brown sugar oatmeal with some cinnamin present and a mild copper finish. Not bad compared to most "organic" browns I’ve had.
