3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Served on-tap at the brewpub.
A - Pours hazy golden orange with a small half finger tall white head leaving little to no lacing down the glass.
S - Smells of bready yeast, light spice, clove, and lots of juicy fruit. As it warms up more and more sweetness creeps into the picture. Only the faintest trace of the alcohol creeps in toward the end.
T - Starts off with a big sweet kick to the teeth but never getting to the point of being cloying. Once the initial sweetness dies down you begin to get hints of oranges, apricot, chewy Belgian yeast, light spice, and just the faintest hint of some hop bitterness. Finish is mostly candied sweetness, lingering for a short time. Not too bad, but I still prefer the stealth.
M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Chewy, sweet, feel carrying through to the finish line. It is soft, yet aggressive.
O - I still think I prefer their stealth triple but this was very nice none the less. I am not the biggest fan of "chewy" beers and this one straddled the line very well. It had just enough flavors to offset the chewy feel, leaving it nearly perfectly balanced. Glad I got to try it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub. This one pours a honey gold color with an off white head. The aroma is fruity and the flavor is very rich with sweet bread and peaches. The finish is a bit disappointing with not much spice or yeast.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy dark orange-brown with a thick white head. Aroma of lots of grainy malt (mash ton-esque), sweet citrus fruits (orange, lemon), and some dark fruits. Flavor is very very sweet with citrus, lemon notes, some wheat malt. Pretty strong, almost like a quad more than a triple. But overall this is super sweet and just tough to drink.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is a damn good beer. Pours liquid gold from tap with a thin white head. Sweet smell on the nose. The taste is full of Belgian yeast notes. Very nice. But they hopped the shit out of it which really comes out in the finish. It has a floral taste to it without the bitterness. Like a good triple it hides itís heft well. Itís amazing this sort of thing is being done in my backyard.

Poured a slightly hazed gold color with a minimal off-white head. Belgian yeast aroma with a moderate amount of alcohol. Some caramel malt sweetness. The flavor had a sweet malty start with some yeasty character. Semi-dry with a fairly warming finish. Medium bodied.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured a lightly hazy golden color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of candy sugar, honey, light caramel, spices, citrus fruits, and a bit of alcohol. Taste of more candy sugar, light toffee, honey, (seemed overly sweet) a bit of citrus, spices, and some peppery alcohol in the finish.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at brewpub. Pours a hazy orangish amber with a small covering of head, no visible carbonation. Nice aggressively hoppy nose with lots of bready malt, wheat, some alcohol, lots of spice and peppery notes. The flavor is much the same, really well balanced between the yeasty bready Triple and the lively hops. So spicy and peppery, the yeast really made some good stuff happen here. Mouthfeel is full and thick with a slight doughy clingy stickiness. Noticable alcohol, but not overpowering. Lively but very fine carbonation cuts through the body well. Overall, really a pretty great beer. The did a good job of creating something distinct from their Stealth Triple.
