This Triple is made with Belgian Candi sugar, highly hopped, and uses a special Belgian yeast strain. We carefully age it to round out this beers complex characteristics.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a hazy orangish amber with a small covering of head, no visible carbonation. Nice aggressively hoppy nose with lots of bready malt, wheat, some alcohol, lots of spice and peppery notes. The flavor is much the same, really well balanced between the yeasty bready Triple and the lively hops. So spicy and peppery, the yeast really made some good stuff happen here. Mouthfeel is full and thick with a slight doughy clingy stickiness. Noticable alcohol, but not overpowering. Lively but very fine carbonation cuts through the body well. Overall, really a pretty great beer. The did a good job of creating something distinct from their Stealth Triple.

Poured a slightly hazed gold color with a minimal off-white head. Belgian yeast aroma with a moderate amount of alcohol. Some caramel malt sweetness. The flavor had a sweet malty start with some yeasty character. Semi-dry with a fairly warming finish. Medium bodied.

Sampled from hand bottle courtesy of egajdzis. Poured a deeper and lighlty hazy golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of fruitiness, bananas, yeast, some spices, and citrus. Tastes of apples, spices, bananas, and candi sugar. Very sweet with light to medium alcohol in the finish.

Poured a lightly hazy golden color with a small white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of candy sugar, honey, light caramel, spices, citrus fruits, and a bit of alcohol. Taste of more candy sugar, light toffee, honey, (seemed overly sweet) a bit of citrus, spices, and some peppery alcohol in the finish.
