Growler. Hefeweizen appearance of murky yellow body and a white head, bright and lively color. Sweet estery lemon and melon nose, spicy and creamy lemon yogurt flavor, with a creamy palate to match. Very good.

From a growler. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Plenty of clove, citrus and banana-like yeast in the nose. Flavor has notes of lemon zest, orange, banana and flowers. Pleasantly sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium body with with moderate carbonation. Very good overall.

Growler, courtesy of LordMaynard. Thanks, Russ! Pours a cloudy whitish-brown; fluffy off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Coriander and cloves and banana in the aroma; hints of pepper. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: bits of alcohol poking through; plenty of bananas and creamy esters; some pepper; lively carbonation. Medium, creamy and banana-y finish.

On tap at the brewery. Mild yeasty estery aroma. Honey, grain sweetness, light orange peel and blossom. Sweet sugary smell, too. Hazy golden amber with foamy lacing off-white head. Medium-light creamy body with light carbonation. Silky. Starts sweet with oranges and estery fruit notes. Light yeasty chalkiness. Sweet without being cloying. Very little bitterness. Good floral fruity notes at the finish. After is sweet with a chalky bitterness. Really true to style on this one.

First re-fill on my Growler at the Brewpub. While waiting for the beer to fill I was reminded of how excellent the atmosphere at the brewpub is. Upon arriving back home, we opened the growler and poured a few glasses. It poured practically no head and the aroma was filled with some sort of fruit and slight hops. The flavor was actually smooth, with defining characteristics of tangerines and perhaps other fruits. Very nice and drinkable, the 8.5% acl content was not noticable in the taste, but we felt it later on.

first beer I ordered that night at brewpub: Fruit and yeast make there presence known in the aroma. I bit of citrus and a bit of banana. the beer was a deep gold with a cloud of yeast. The first sip was full of citus and banana taste with a lovely yesty sourness, and a little bit of a sweet touch from the candied sugar. Very good on the palate, coats the mouth. A fine tripel.
