3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Sadly, served with a lemon. Aroma creeps through the citrus to give a classic yeast-phenol bite. Pours heavily clouded in a darker yellow-bronze. No head (thanks slice). Flavor is pretty traditional, but it comes with a lack of carbonation that kills this beer. Soapy. Flavor runs between lemons, banana, and clove oils through a wheat oil. Too heavy for the style. Not something I would want to quench my thirst with. Finishes a nip sticky.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Great. Surprisingly full bodied for the style. Not overly complex, but excellent flavor. Citrus, wheat and yeast in the taste. Not much spices. Highly drinkable and refreshing.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a cloudy straw yellow colored body with a frothy white lacing. The aroma is mild bananas and yeast with cloves and a little citrus. Flavors are spicy banana bread with nuts and brown sugar. Not bad.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft, Selin’s Grove Brewing Co. Pours a cloudy, yellowish-brown color; off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Decent amount of cloves and brown sugar in the aroma; some citrus. Relaxed carbonation. Plenty of doughiness and brown sugar upfront; decent dose of cloves and fruit, but a bit on the light side; not watery, but light. Medium, clove and creme brulee in the finish.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draft at the brew pub. Light and slightly hazy pour. A bit of spice with Banana, cloves, and lemon and a touch of yeast. A pretty good Hefeweizen overall.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at the brewery. Barely murky, not really that cloudy or opaque for a hefeweizen. Nose of sweet corn and lemon, simple smelling sugars with just a little touch of dusty yeast. Simple, bland flavor, with sweet candy corn and lemon and only a small hint of wheat. Boring.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a moslty hazy nice gold with a fluffy white head. Aroma is light banana- more skewed towards clove and vanilla phenols but also has a lemony citrus character. More lemon in the flavor light wheat- grainy, lightly salty, slight banana and clove. Light and tart flavor- a bit weak in the body. Not the best hefe - I was a bit dissapointed.
