COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Complexity and depth of flavor while retaining a light body and effervescence, Chapel is also crisp and dry and the perfect compliment to warm weather. Best enjoyed in a footed pilsner glass.

This is my first beer form Selkirk brewing looking forward to some more. This is a good witbeir well balanced with malt and hops would recommend.

Pours clear straw golden with a small white head, some lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast, spices and orange. Flavors of fruity esters, pepper and sweet wheat
Well made but not for me

This is not my style of beer, and I usually prefer bolder flavors. This didn’t have much aroma to me. Light, hazy copper color with no real head, but a decent lacing. Has a bit of pepper/spice that comes through at the end. Yeasty - unsure if it is Belgium strain. If so, not as prominent in the Abbey style ales I usually drink. Light, dry finish. Not really too much there. Not a bad beer, but not one I prefer

Hazy banana color that fits appropriately with the yeast banana aroma and flavor profile of this brew. Full-bodied mouthfeel for a witbier. Quite nice.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a moderate white head on there. Nose has some citrus and wheat in there with nust a bit of spice coming through. Taste is light and just a bit sweet with a nice complement of citrus to balance it out. Quite pleasant.

Bottle, shared with Robbie. Cloudy, murky dull grey-yellow. Wheaty with sweet citrus, low spice. Not much to it.

Draft - Dusty wheat with some light orange citrus. Cloudy yellow with a rich white head. Orange peel, sweet wheat and some coriander in the finish. Not quite standard, but decent.

Poured a micro-head with no lacing. The colour is a darker straw with a bit of cloudiness. Has a nice tart flavour from the orange and maybe lemon. No spiciness really. Carbonation is not really present. Overall pretty good, but not great.

650ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits with hints of yeast and grains. Taste is a light fruity and malty sweetness with a light citrus and grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A well done brew that fits the style well. Recommended.
