COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Complexity and depth of flavor while retaining a light body and effervescence, Chapel is also crisp and dry and the perfect compliment to warm weather. Best enjoyed in a footed pilsner glass.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a moderate white head on there. Nose has some citrus and wheat in there with nust a bit of spice coming through. Taste is light and just a bit sweet with a nice complement of citrus to balance it out. Quite pleasant.

Bottle, shared with Robbie. Cloudy, murky dull grey-yellow. Wheaty with sweet citrus, low spice. Not much to it.

Draft - Dusty wheat with some light orange citrus. Cloudy yellow with a rich white head. Orange peel, sweet wheat and some coriander in the finish. Not quite standard, but decent.

exeter (335) - calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 21, 2014
Poured a micro-head with no lacing. The colour is a darker straw with a bit of cloudiness. Has a nice tart flavour from the orange and maybe lemon. No spiciness really. Carbonation is not really present. Overall pretty good, but not great.

650ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits with hints of yeast and grains. Taste is a light fruity and malty sweetness with a light citrus and grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. A well done brew that fits the style well. Recommended.

Prufrockstar (1092) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 6, 2013
Draft at SA. Appearance is light, clear gold. Aroma: now this reminds me more of a wit. Fruity Belgian esthers, almost white wine grape. Crisp lemon citrus appears as well. Taste: fruity moderately sweet start, dry, short finish. Just a hint of pepper. Light body, great carbonation. Really nice! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow color, clean, crisp, light and dry. Everything I like in a great witbier.

From sampler at the brewery. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium white head with good retention; leaves a little lace. Aroma is Belgian yeasty, coriander. Taste is lightly sweet and spicy with a dry finish. Nice witbier. Much better than The White, I’m glad they made this.

On Tap at BierThirty, Boise, ID Hazy light yellow with a dry resistant life white creamy head. Heavy thick sheets of lacing. Giant light grain and associate wit yeast aroma. Dry and quick finish and light bodied. A little of that Belgian spice in the trailer. Nice
