COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian IPA: It’s not for the masses, it’s for you. Rejecting traditional brewing dogma, the Infidel challenges the notion of beers fitting neatly into established style guidelines. The assertive, citrus hoppiness of an American IPA unites with the traditional spicy notes of a Belgian Pale Ale to create a bold, beautiful, palate-pleasing brew.

Appearance: Slightly hazy Bright Orange with fluffy lasting head that has a death grip for lacing. Aroma: Hop forward with citrus, tangerine and pineapple notes. Underlying notes of Belgian spice. Very rich and floral. Taste: Nice big hop hit but super balanced. The citrus fruit from the aroma is right up front with the Belgian spice and a subtle malt backbone. Palate/Mouthfeel: Rich and velvety, Smooth and nicely carbonated. Overall: This is a sexy, dangerous beer that is way too easy drinking for its 8.2% ABV. New “go to” IPA.

On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy shade of orange, with a nice white head. The aroma is incredible, with great citrus notes. The flavor is great and very balanced, and a nice body. I’m not really an IPA fan, but I would drink this beer a lot.

Great IPA flavor with just enough Belgian character. Great introduction to Belgian for IPA fans.

Tap - @ RHP. Pours golden yellow with nice big fluffy white head. Big sticky hop aromas mixed with oranges and resin. Taste is delicious, with great balance of malt bill, bitter hops, and good fruit. Oranges and sticky notes. Finishes long and strong with very little heat at 8.2%. Really awesome. Would love it in 4 packs or 750 mL.

This is quite a unique ipa. It has pretty good head retention. The Belgian yeast really makes this beer a winner.

On tap at enoteca in post falls, id. Light amber, foamy white head, a little bit hazy. Aroma is citrus, pine, hops. Taste: nice malty sweetness, caramel, honey. Moderate hop bitterness finish (citrus and pine). Mouthfeel: medium body, nice smooth finish, just the right amount of bitterness. Overall: really very nice - an unexpected treat. Didn't expect something like this coming out of northern Idaho. I'm looking forward to trying more from this brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange gold with large frothy off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is pine, resin, and fruit. Medium mouthfeel with fruity hop and caramel with light bitter finish. Easy to drink hides alcohol well. Very good IIPA.
