4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Slightly hazy Bright Orange with fluffy lasting head that has a death grip for lacing.
Hop forward with citrus, tangerine and pineapple notes. Underlying notes of Belgian spice. Very rich and floral.
Nice big hop hit but super balanced. The citrus fruit from the aroma is right up front with the Belgian spice and a subtle malt backbone.
Rich and velvety, Smooth and nicely carbonated.
This is a sexy, dangerous beer that is way too easy drinking for its 8.2% ABV. New “go to” IPA.

On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy shade of orange, with a nice white head. The aroma is incredible, with great citrus notes. The flavor is great and very balanced, and a nice body. I’m not really an IPA fan, but I would drink this beer a lot.

Great IPA flavor with just enough Belgian character. Great introduction to Belgian for IPA fans.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Tap - @ RHP. Pours golden yellow with nice big fluffy white head. Big sticky hop aromas mixed with oranges and resin. Taste is delicious, with great balance of malt bill, bitter hops, and good fruit. Oranges and sticky notes. Finishes long and strong with very little heat at 8.2%. Really awesome. Would love it in 4 packs or 750 mL.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a hazy copper in color with a finger of off white head. Initial pine and grapefruit aromas with a subtle hint of bubblegum. Earthy and bubblegum flavors from the belgian yeast. Caramel notes come through as well as pine and slight hop bite.

This is quite a unique ipa. It has pretty good head retention. The Belgian yeast really makes this beer a winner.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: DEC 5, 2014 22 oz bottle- Pours slightly hazy orange with a one finger head that reduces. The aroma is pungent hops, grapefruity citrusy hops, sweet light malt. The taste is all grapefruit, tropical citrusy, not much bitterness, basic light malt. This beer is very drinkable, not getting much of a Belgian character, or really a PNW IPA, but the hops they used are delicious, enjoyable IPA for the drinkers that say that they don’t like IPA’s!
