3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
This "saison" had a very strong, tinny, American style, added on Belgian yeast flavor. I like saisons that are somewhat delicate, complex, and contain finesse.

Sampled on 7/21/2012 at the brewery tap room. A very nice summer seasonal. Soft, earthy, with hints of spice and just the right amount of tartness. I can't wait for it to become available in the Spokane area.
