(2005; Aomori-Ken) Clear colorless sake. Koji, melon, alcohol in the nose. Alcohol and licorice, spicy. Mostly alcohol in the follow. Bought this 720 ml bottle in Sendai, 6 hours from here. There’s cheaper and better sake at the corner convenience store 200 meters away.

<b>Cup Sake &#64; Buri:</b> Clear, light egg shell color. Nose of anise, or fennel, I dunno. Lots of spice and alcohol though, some fruit and grass. The flavor is clean and balanced, some nice full body and mouthfeel with anisette in the tail. Good.
