On Tap @ brewpub: Dark Brown with Ruby edges. Big foamy tan head. Nice multi-layered malt scent. Roasty yes, but not overwhelmingly so or one-dimensional. Prunes, Coffee,Cocoa with a touch of licorice, very good! Mild floral hops with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Being a bit thin bodied is my only knock on this tasty Stout.
