Aroma: Orange jam, maybe grapefruit, a bit of caramel on the nose. Spicy hops. Mouthfeel: Lively carbonation and an oily, sticky texture. Taste: Very nice interplay between bitterness and sweetness. Citrus hops are the main feature here. Nuts, honey and a tiny alcohol note. Finish: Mellow sweetness with a firm bitter and spicy hop background. Dry. Overall: Maybe the best greek beer as of 2011. Very good stuff, the kind of which one can consume in large quantities...

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2015) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, crystal malt and canned fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, apricots, crystal malt, canned peaches and leafy hops in a finish with a gentle bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and highly drinkable. Quite nice.

330 ml bottle. BB 20/04/2015. From a kiosk in Chania, Greece. Clear amber golden colour with a mid-size white head. Fruity and piney hops, moderate bitterness, malty sweetness and some piney freshness in the aroma. Nice! The flavour is cookies, caramel sweetness, mild hops, malt and a hint of bitterness. Seems to be quite sweet for an European Pale Ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Greek SM Clear dark amber color, cream medium head, a bit higher in carbonation. Aroma of spicy hops and some malts, not very intense, maybe a bit oxidized/stale. Could be an old bottle. Hoppy taste, some malty sweetness but medium intensity. Very dry, not much aftertaste. Nothing very wrong with this beer but nothing much too... A nice pale ale bit very mediocre.
