Neat Greek beer to casually enjoy. The hops are present, the body is firm. Great refresher for when you’re thirsty.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, unfiltered and with a different hops mix. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter and crisp hoppy flavoured. Smooth fruity and mild peachy hoppy. Bitter and slight fruity into the finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Subtle citrusy hop aroma - VERY subtle. Medium body, carbonation is a little too high for my liking. But rather dry and again clean and easygoing with a dry, hoppy finish. 160615

Bottle at Herb’s Garden, 5/31/15
Clean pale ale. Nice grassy and fruity hop aroma. Clear golden color with a lasting ring of white head and light, spotty lace. Nice, clean hop flavour too, good residual bitterness. Clean feel, slightly overly carbonated. Pretty nice one. Might be the best of the Greek beers I have tried. (*This note was written before I had the 8th Day, which was my favorite Greek beer of the trip.)

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, peach, light orange and biscuity malt. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

I think that this is the best session ale that the Greek craft movement has to offer right now. Fantastic head courtesy of the Nelson Sauvin hops, mesmerizing aroma and extremely satisfying hoppy taste. The strong carbonation contributes to a highly enjoyable and refreshing mouthfeel. My only regret is that it’s not avaiable in 500ml (or larger) bottles.

Good yellow body with small head. Also good malty and fruity aroma from hops. Tastes citrus, some resin and grassy notes. Not bad, medium bitterness. High carbonated.

On tap@ Wildeman. The aroma has citric hops mainly. Clear, golden - copper coloured beer with a thin white head. The taste is light - moderate bitter with citric hops and a grainy /biscuit malty backbone. Light bodied, easy drinking beer.
