Bottle thanks to Rouhlas! Pours clear golden orange, medium creamy off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is grassy, herbal, vegetal, malty. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, lots of biscuit malts, caramel, herbal and tea-like notes. Lingering bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Interesting.

draft at ottakringer braukultur wochen. it’s 35C hot so I am heavily influenced by heat. definitely refreshing, little fine perlage. pretty bitter taste before fruity sweet aftertaste sets in. fermented orange blossom honey, if you know it’s in there ;)

Bottle 0,33 brought from Greece. Great color bordering between gold and bronze, white head that goes away quickly. Rich malty aroma with just a bit of herbal hops thrown in. Rather full-bodied for such a strength, malt sweetness balanced with hop bitterness, leaves a slightly dry aftertaste that makes you want to drink more and more. Could easily drink 10 bottles of it, really great weekend beer.

It isn’t a bad beer, per se, but I would personally expect less carbonation so that the flavours can emerge.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a dense, white head. Sweet, malty nose with a whiff of honey. Medium body, dominated by clean, sweet malts again with a subtle honey note and a rather bitter finish. Pleasantly clean and straight. 160615

Bottle at 33 Adrianou, 5/25/15
Clear gold-orange with a small of white head.  Fairly sweet but not cloying at all. Refreshing and clean.  Honey plays nicely.  Lively carbonation.
