33cl Bottle, An unpasteurized, filtered craft Greek beer. Pours hazy beautiful copper colour with frothy medium head that does not keep long. Aroma of soft honey, fruits like apricot and citrus, and very little hops. Flavour is light sweet, honey, malts, really nice. Light bodied, and well balanced. I really liked this beer.

Gylden farge på denne. Aroma av malt, honning og noe humle. Smaken er hovedsakelig malt, med noe honning. Noe bitterhet i ettersmaken. God.

Solid golden ale, with a taste of malt, aroma hop and some honey. Has a slight acidic stingy touch, bit like champagne.

Bottle, shared with my wife. I’ll start by saying that I really expected to dislike this, and dislike it fairly intensely. I was dead wrong. Instead of a cloying, overly sweet corny malty mess, this beer ended up being very delicate, with highly complex floral honey notes. The sweetness was balanced and the malts were clean. This was an unexpected delight!

On tap at The Local Pub, Athens, June 2014. Golden with a white head. Light with some hops, bread, honey and grass. Drinkable but not that interesting.

Clear golden fizzy liquid with diminishing 3/4 inch of white bubbles. Aroma is strongly fruity - lemon, bubblegum, rhubarb. Taste is very floral, with bubblegum again. Honey, and lots of it. Bit of a chalky, drying finish. Foamy mouthfeel - too bubbly.

Bottle at Rudi’s Beer House, Chania, Crete. Almost clear gold beer, good fluffy off white head. Palate is light and crisp and a little dry. Clean malt, not that sweet. Light floralness. Touch of citrus peel in the decent hops. Noble hop like bitterness. Crisp finish. Decent.

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of straw, honey, and corn. Flavour is identical, with notes of honey and straw. Quite draw, with only a touch of residual sweetness. Pretty bland, but drinkable. Decent.
